The guide includes information about: drinking alcohol during pregnancy and the risk of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum disorders (FASD), standard drinks, a tool to assess the risks to mother and baby if a woman is drinking and a guide to appropriate advice, and tips to avoid drinking alcohol in social situations.
