There are many culturally-specific services that can help you, such as drug and alcohol services run by Aboriginal Corporations, and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) services. Elders and/or members of your community could also be useful sources of support.
Some people are happy to go to a mainstream service, while others prefer culturally-specific services. It's important to be aware that there are options available, so you can decide what is right for you.
