Your Room

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

Smoking, using alcohol or other drugs while you are pregnant or breastfeeding can harm you and your baby. Our children need to be born healthy so they can have a strong mind and body. There are some things you can do to help your baby grow strong. Don't be shame or afraid if you have been using drugs or alcohol. Have a yarn to your doctor or midwife. They are there to help, not judge you.
